Why Can’t I Receive SMS Verification Codes

If you've enabled SMS Authentication but you still can't receive SMS codes, please take the following steps:

• Ensure that your mobile phone has a good network signal. 

• If you have clicked the Get Code button too often, please try again after 2 hours.

• Disable your call blocker apps on your mobile phone that might potentially block our SMS Codes number.

• If your  Binance TH app version is outdated, please update it.

• Restart your mobile phone. 

If none of the above instructions works, please select 'Unsolved' and initiate a chat with our customer support.
